Somehow delicate and rich in the same moment, this Gesha could be used as a North Star of the famed varietal - a collection of teas and herbs combined with a light fruitiness. You will find chamomile, coriander, bergamot, pear, honey, orange and spearmint, culminating together as a beautifully dynamic cup the whole way through.

Please note: Because we roasted this coffee in late March, we've vacuum sealed it to preserve the long term quality of the beans.

From Wbeimar Lasso and Juliana Guevara comes one of the most consistently elegant Gesha’s around. Although their Farm La Terrazza Estate (AKA Terra Coffee) is known for more creative and innovating processes, this Gesha is washed in a more traditional manner; coffee cherries are depulped, fermented 36-48 hours, and dried — mostly in the shade — for 20-30 days.

This presents everything you would want out of a luxury variety: bright tea florals, gentle acid from softer fruits like pear or marmalade, and tons of sweetness to be uncovered, ranging from honey to cola.

Although this is a light roast, Gesha tends to extract a bit easier than other varieties. We suggest brewing as you normally would except with slightly hotter water.
