Shipping Policy

• Order processing

  : Orders are typically processed within 2-7 days. We will often note when there is a future date of roasting, so be sure to check. We generally roast once weekly. 

• Shipping rates

  : Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and weight of shipment, and we do offer free shipping on orders over $50. 

• Delivery times

  Most shipments arrive with 3-5 business days.

• International orders

  : We do ship internationally to select markets. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and/or taxes, due upon order.

• Delays

  : Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or customs processing.

• Order tracking

  : If available, tracking information is sent after the order ships. This is not available for local deliveries.

• Incorrect addresses

  : Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We’re not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.
