Natural Process is an extremely wide range of styles, but the shared element is that some part of the cherry is left on the bean while drying, for some portion of time. That could be the entire cherry, skin and all, like these two, or sometimes just the mucilage, like in "Honey" process. Expect a juicy, fruit-forward experience with louder flavors than washed.
