A beautifully approachable coffee, this washed Marsellesa is all the classic notes elevated all the way. Chocolate cake, caramel, orange, apple butter, the dessert richness is something to behold.

Please note: Because we roasted this coffee in late March, we've vacuum sealed it to preserve the long term quality of the beans.

In the lush forests of Vercruz, Givette Pérez Orea grows some of the best Mexican specialty around - winning the CoE 4 times, including 2025. Not only is she one of the winningest farms in Mexico, her farm is a leader in biodiversity and sustainability: no chemical inputs, a diverse and native tree canopy, and a spread of farmed fruits makes this not just sustainable for the land, but sustainable for the farmers too.

A dessert through and through, the first impact you'll notice is how much body and creaminess there is to this coffee. Hazelnut praline paired with chocolate oranges, pecan pie and pomegranate, this one is a real crowd pleaser.

Excellent on drip but perhaps even more so on espresso, this coffee can be brewed using standard recipes just fine. Look to lean towards slight overextraction to really lean into the dessert creaminess of this beautiful coffee.
